api5000 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid identity documentation, which may include:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. api5000 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is RM30, except where otherwise specified. api5000 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit at its sole discretion.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes apply as follows:

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. api5000 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, as notified to the User by email prior to the deduction commencing.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional offers made available by api5000 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. These promotion-specific terms form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Any Bonus Funds remaining in an account after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
api5000 reserves the right to void, withhold, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Users to abuse promotional offers.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only, one (1) per household, IP address, device, and payment method. api5000 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any welcome bonus offer at its sole discretion.
All Wagers placed through the Platform are final and binding once confirmed by api5000's system. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Wager before confirmation. api5000 will not be liable for Wagers placed in error. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed at the point of wagering.
Odds offered on sporting events are subject to change up until the time a Wager is confirmed. In-play betting odds reflect live market conditions and may fluctuate rapidly. The result of any Wager is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event or game outcome as recognised by api5000. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, api5000's decision shall be final.
api5000 reserves the right to void any Wager in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors displaying incorrect odds or game parameters; cancellation or postponement of a sporting event beyond the applicable ruleset timeframe; or where there is clear evidence of a palpable error in the setting of odds or game outcomes.
Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Sic Bo, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game environment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined upon reconnection in accordance with the game provider's rules. api5000 is not responsible for disconnection events caused by the User's internet connection.

Gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss. api5000 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a User as a result of participation in any game or wagering activity on the Platform. You gamble entirely at your own risk.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your Account in accordance with our normal withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
